Road to Rome

Rome is a popular destination for tourists, especially Christians wishing to see the Pope or practice their faith. Pilgrims will most often visit the Vatican City at special moments in the liturgical year or during important periods such as the proclamation of a holy year or the funeral and election of a pope. Being the centre of the Roman Catholic faith, the Vatican houses some of the most beautiful masterpieces of art in places such as the Sistine Chapel. The Road to Rome mission will be led by Nollywood star and Task Master of the Gulder Ultimate Search, Kunle Remi.

Vatican City, a city-state surrounded by Rome, Italy, is the headquarters of the Roman Catholic Church. It’s home to the Pope and a trove of iconic art and architecture. Its Vatican Museums house ancient Roman sculptures such as the famed “Laocoön and His Sons” as well as Renaissance frescoes in the Raphael Rooms and the Sistine Chapel, famous for Michelangelo’s ceiling.

Oyekunle Opeyemi Oluwaremi, professionally known as 'KUNLE REMI,' also referred to as Half Human Full Screen god, is a graduate of the prestigious 'New York Film Academy'. Kunle Remi is an award-winning Nigerian Actor, Film Maker, Content Creator, Entrepreneur, Model, and TV Host, amongst other things.

Kunle officially broke into the entertainment scene via the 7th edition of 'The Gulder Ultimate Search' held in 2010. It was the first Nigerian 100% local content reality TV show on survival and he emerged the winner as 'The Ultimate Man'. He ended up being the co-host / taskmaster for the reboot edition, which was held in 2021.


Kunle is best known for his versatility in delivering on different roles. He has featured on several award-winning series and movies like Anikulapo, Tinsel, A Naija Christmas, Forbidden, Tiwa’s baggage, Introducing the Kujus, Purple Heart and many more.
